The building is rising on Johan Greivestraat, in the Spoorpark. The first phase, which is now on sale, consists of 37 homes. Special attention is deserved by the Terrace Apartments ranging from 73 to 83 square meters.
These apartments are spread throughout the building. They feature a spacious living room with large windows providing plenty of natural light, an open-plan kitchen-diner, and a lovely east- or south-facing balcony. These exclusive residences feature a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three large bedrooms (including a master bedroom with a French balcony), two bathrooms, a generous balcony, and large windows. Prices start at 1,057,500 euros (free of property transfer tax/v.o.n.).
The purchase prices are based on leasehold bought off for fifty years.
In Conrad, you live sustainably and energy-efficiently. Sustainably, because the building prevents heat stress through green roofs and green facades, and collects and reuses rainwater with smart techniques. Energy-efficiently, thanks to excellent insulation and installations such as thermal energy storage and underfloor heating and cooling. The homes meet the latest BENG requirements (BENG stands for Nearly Energy-Neutral Building). The preliminary energy label is A+++. This results in a lower energy bill (with normal consumption). You can also borrow more and contribute to a greener world.
All homes will be delivered with one or two complete bathrooms (and toilets) featuring high-quality sanitary ware. There is no kitchen in the home upon delivery. You will choose that yourself.
