Some of the apartments also have their own storage space. Delivery includes plumbing and tiling, but without a kitchen. You choose that yourself. Price indications range from about 480,000 to about 820,000 euros (before taxes). These prices, which are not yet final, do not include parking and possible storage.
SEM will have a robust appearance. This is due in part to its size, shape and use of bricks. At the same time, SEM looks light and accessible. This, in turn, is thanks to the large windows and beautiful roof gardens. Construction has started. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The building will rise on the renovated Raadhuisplein square, with the shopping center a stone's throw away. This square will be the new heart of Hoofddorp's city center and thus a central meeting place. In addition to SEM, you will also find the new town hall and various catering establishments. The Cpunt cultural center and Kinepolis Hoofddorp cinema will also be located there. So you will soon be able to have a bite to eat, visit a theater performance or go to the movies literally around the corner. The arrival of the renovated Raadhuisplein is in line with the development of Hoofddorp into an increasingly dynamic city.
