After you have submitted the registration form, you will receive an email containing an intake form. With that form, you arrange an (online) financial consultation with a financial coach from mortgage specialist NextHome. Fill out this form as well and email it to info@nexthome.nlDuring the conversation, you and the coach will figure out together whether you can finance the property or properties you have in mind. If so, you will receive priority as an 'Early Bird' during the allocation process. At least, if you register for one of those properties during the sales phase. Please note: this priority scheme is valid until Monday, June 2 (12:00 PM). Therefore, submit your preference(s) before that time.
Now for the owner-occupied apartments in question. Conrad has 63 of them. The living areas range from approximately 66 to about 172 square meters. The Terrace Lofts combine style with comfort. These lofts are approximately 66 square meters in size and are located on the first, second, and third floors. They feature a spacious bedroom and an east-facing balcony. The large windows create an open and bright atmosphere. The Terrace Apartments have living areas ranging from approximately 74 to 110 square meters and are located on the fourth through the tenth floors. In Conrad, you live sustainably and energy-efficiently. Sustainably, because the building prevents heat stress through green roofs and green facades, and collects and reuses rainwater with smart techniques. Energy-efficiently, thanks to excellent insulation and installations such as thermal energy storage and underfloor heating and cooling. The homes meet the latest BENG requirements (BENG stands for Nearly Energy-Neutral Building). The preliminary energy label is A+++. This results in a lower energy bill (with normal consumption).
