The detached villas, five of which are available in this phase, are approximately 189 square meters in size. The ten semi-detached villas have living areas starting from approximately 143 square meters. No two homes are alike. For example, all homes are oriented towards the water in a different way. Additionally, you can choose between brick and white-plastered facades. The semi-detached villas come in three variations, each with its own ground-floor layout. And you constantly feel the connection with nature here, from splashing water birds to foraging hedgehogs. Want to get some fresh air or enjoy vast views over the water? Then take a few minutes' walk to the IJmeer and enjoy the sea of space.
But there are also things that are the same. For example, the detached villas have two bathrooms, and each home has three bedrooms on the upper floor. And all of them – as has already been said – have their own mooring for a sloop.
