Witnessing beautiful sunsets, taking lovely beach walks, and soaking up nature. In the exclusive apartments of the Duinwachter in Zandvoort will that housing dream become a reality. The construction of the 69 apartments is well underway. There are still a few apartments available.
De Duinwachter will be a striking residential building in a very favorable location. The building is rising just behind the main road, within walking distance of the boulevard and the beach. A large portion of the apartments offers a phenomenal view of the sea and the beautiful dune area. Fun fact: on a clear day, you can see Amsterdam from the higher floors! So, there are still a few apartments available. These concern the following residences:
Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor of the Duinwachter and is 64 square meters in size. This apartment features a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which can also be used as a home office), and a 17-square-meter southeast-facing terrace. From that terrace, you have a wonderful view. In short:
Villa Apartment 37 is located on the third floor of the Duinwachter and has a size of 84 square meters. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a generous bedroom with space for a walk-in closet. A unique feature is the curve in the glass facade, which follows the contour of the terrace. This terrace is 8 square meters in size and faces northwest. In short:
Villa Apartment 8 is located on the ground floor of the Duinwachter and is 109 square meters in size. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a generous bedroom with space for a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Here you truly get the feeling of staying in a five-star hotel. There is also a second bathroom. And you have a nice 9-square-meter terrace facing the southwest. In short:
Penthouse 60 features an exceptionally spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a utility room. In addition, this luxury apartment boasts three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two terraces. The location is fantastic, on the east side of the building. As a result, you overlook both the sea and the dune area. The main terrace faces due south and wraps around the corner to the east. The second terrace is smaller and is located on the other side of the penthouse, facing northeast. From that terrace, you can see Bloemendaal aan Zee in the distance. In short:
The sophisticated appearance of the Duinwachter is partly due to its many curves. These 'curves' blend nicely with the rolling dune landscape. The combination of floor-to-ceiling windows, dark window frames, and white facades also gives the Duinwachter a distinct character. Another special feature is that the terraces and balconies 'follow' the curves of the building while simultaneously varying in depth.
The building will soon rise from a restored and planted patch of dune landscape, which is being created almost entirely along the side of the building. As a result, the dunes will reach right up to your front door. Hidden beneath the dunes is a parking garage where you can park your car.
They can't wait to move into the Dune Watcher. On this page On the project site, Hendrik, Tanja, Thessa, Marcel, and Judith, Robbert, Peggy, Jorn, and Kevin explain why they chose an apartment in Duinwachter.
