Marinapark Houthaven is expected to be completed in 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Maximum dimensions of houseboats Marinapark Houthaven<\/h2>\n<p>The berths in Marinapark Houthaven are suitable for houseboats of up to 27, 29 or 33 meters in length. Depending on the berth, your houseboat may be a maximum of 5.1, 5.5 or 6.7 meters wide. In addition to size requirements, there are other requirements. For example, your vessel must be in good condition and be recognizable as a (historic) houseboat. Some sites are designated for floating houseboats. On other lots you are not supposed to sail the ship, unless it is necessary for major maintenance. Please note that houseboats are not allowed on these berths.<\/p>\n<h2>Berths Marinapark Houthaven from 204,000 euros<\/h2>\n<p>The prices of the still available berths in Marinapark Houthaven range from 204,000 to 342,500 euros (v.o.n.), based on perpetual ground lease and an annual canon.
