The three-story building looks like a playful collection of single-family homes, thanks in part to the gabled roofs and dormers. The style also nods to the 1930s architecture in the immediate vicinity. This is partly due to the warm colors and the variation in brickwork. Yet it is very clearly a modern version of that beloved style. You can tell by the green roofs (including on the communal areas), the solar panels and the large windows.<\/p>\n<h2>Very comfortable and energy efficient living<\/h2>\n<p>In the homes themselves, nothing reminds you of those bygone days. They are two- and three-bedroom apartments with living areas ranging from 55 to 67 square meters. Depending on the location, the outdoor space is a terrace, balcony or loggia.
