New apartments in the Hyde Park district (Hoofddorp) for sale

The first homes in the new Hyde Park district have only just been put on sale, and new offerings have already been added. It concerns 66 apartments in the Kensington One and Kensington Two buildings. Hyde Park will be a large-scale urban district in Hoofddorp, with around 3,800 homes in iconic buildings. The district is rising next to a city park and within walking distance of Hoofddorp railway station, fifteen minutes from Schiphol and the Zuidas.

Kensington One: apartments from compact to very spacious

The glass balconies against the white plastered facade give Kensington One a luxurious appearance from afar. The building will have 12 floors and offers a choice of two, three and four-room apartments. The living areas vary from approximately 50 to approximately 164 square meters. All apartments are delivered with a luxury kitchen and a very complete bathroom. You have an outdoor space in each apartment. This is usually a balcony, but the houses on the top floors have a spacious roof terrace of at least 24 square meters. The stepped shape of the building is special, which creates extra space for attractive roof terraces. Speaking of space: all apartments have a ceiling height of 2.7 meters. This is even more on the ground floor: almost 4 meters.

Kensington Two: apartments in a building with a 'twist'

The architects of Barcode from Rotterdam, who designed the Kensington Two residential block, are always looking for an original 'twist' in their work. They found it with two gold-colored recesses that create extra outdoor spaces. Kensington Two has 32 spacious apartments spread over 9 floors. These are two, three, four and five-room apartments of approximately 46 to approximately 196 square meters. The homes in Kensington Two are also delivered with a luxury kitchen and a complete bathroom. The building will also have a penthouse. This is surrounded by spacious roof terraces with a view over the park and Hoofddorp.

Indoor gardens Hyde Park designed by garden grandmaster Piet Oudolf

Kensington One and Kensington Two have a unique location, right on the city park overlooking the water.
