The WikiHouse homes in Almere are truly unique. It is the first time that these houses are being built on a large scale. The initiator is the Woningbouwatelier, a partnership of the Municipality of Almere, the Central Government Real Estate Agency and the Ministry of the Interior. In 2018, the Housing Atelier in Almere realized the first Dutch WikiHouse. It was a trial, with a positive result.
