Liveability The block has been carefully integrated into the buildings on the Ridderspoorweg. Parking has been resolved at ground level below the block, which limits parking pressure in the neighborhood. Quality of living The complex contains fourteen apartments of various sizes, and is characterized by its spacious, three-meter high ceilings and deep balconies at the front and rear. The result is a series of unique apartments ranging from 37 m2 to 129 m2, and two penthouses of 192 m2 each on the top floor. Added value for the neighborhood In Buiksloterham, the aim is to create a self-sufficient neighborhood, with closed material cycles, based on 'zero waste' and 'zero emission' and with a heart for the local economy. CPO project Noord4us has integrated these ambitions into the design in its own way. The complex has been designed very sustainably. These include triple glazing, PV panels on the roof and heat-cold storage with a solar-powered heat pump.
