Typically Garden City will have 189 apartments, maisonettes and single-family homes, both for sale and for rent, with a surprising amount of living space and excellent energy performance. The prices of the owner-occupied homes start at approximately EUR 365,000 (von).

Typically Garden City consists of two large residential blocks. On the side of the Osdorper Ban, the six-storey block will house rental apartments, all of which fall in the medium-priced category. There is room for facilities on the ground floor. The buildings will be three or four storeys high on the green intermediate streets and the inner garden. There you will find owner-occupied homes, including single-family homes and maisonettes. The living areas in the entire project range from about 70 to about 170 square meters. Characteristic are the high ceilings and the large windows, which provide plenty of daylight and an extra spacious feeling. Apartments of approximately 105 square meters receive a purchase price from around 475,000 euros (von). The prices for the apartments include perpetual surrendered leasehold. The family homes, with living areas of approximately 140 to approximately 170 square meters, are available from approximately 460,000 euros (von). This is excluding perpetually surrendered ground lease. The price indications mentioned apply to homes that are finished at a basic level.

Typically Garden City will also receive rental properties. These are apartments with a minimum living space of 70 square meters and two bedrooms. The apartments are located in the middle segment. You cannot register for these homes yet, not even on 24 and 25 September. Only when completion is in sight (planned: autumn 2023) will the rental apartments come on the market.

Co-living – living together with a family member, friend, acquaintance or colleague – is also possible in Typical Garden City, in the co-living ensemble.

Shops, restaurants, culture and recreational opportunities in the area

At the Osdorper Ban you will find various bakeries, supermarkets and fruit and vegetable shops. A little further on is the lively Osdorpplein, with a mix of shops, restaurants and culture.
