Vechtrijk (Weespersluis): living in the atmosphere of a fortified town

The canal houses, mansions and quay houses come in various variants. These are corner and terraced houses in small blocks, on the water or at the park, and with a garden. All houses have at least one fixed parking space, on site or in the communal courtyard. Several houses have a dormer or turret. Other homes attract attention with a top or stepped gable. French balconies are also common in these housing types. The surfaces vary from approximately 117 to 177 square meters, spread over a minimum of 4 rooms. The semi-detached houses come in different variants, in short 'large' and 'extra large'.
