Build your own house in Nobelhorst, the village of Almere. New lots on sale since Tuesday 26 May

Do you want to build your house yourself, in a quiet and rural neighborhood? Then there is good news! On Tuesday 26 May, the first eighteen plots of the new-build neighborhood Het Klooster in Almere Nobelhorst went on sale. Registration is done online, via the digital parcel map of the municipality of Almere.
Self-build plots Het Klooster in sales phases
The monastery has 62 self-build plots. They would actually go on sale in mid-March, but the outbreak of the coronavirus caused delay. Because there is a lot of demand for the lots, it has been decided to go on sale now. Albeit in four phases and completely online, via the lot map on ikbouwmijnhuisin.almere.nl. Of the 62 lots in Het Klooster, 57 are intended for the construction of detached houses. It concerns lots of 150 to 450 square meters. Nineteen of these lots have a garden directly on the water and eleven are on the edge of the forest. The five other lots are linked. As a self-builder you can build a house in a row. These lots are 136 to 151 square meters. The parcel prices in Het Klooster vary from 102,500 to 265,000 euros.
Het Klooster: a quiet and attractive neighborhood, near the forest
In addition to self-build plots, you will also find 'normal' houses and apartments in Het Klooster. Characteristic for Het Klooster is that the forest is never far away. In fact, you just see the edge of the forest. But there is also no shortage of greenery in the neighborhood. Wooded banks run between the houses, just like a forest stream with nature-friendly banks. Forest plants that children can stroll through make the picture complete: everywhere in Het Klooster you can feel nature around you.

Nobelhorst is also called the village of Almere. It consists of different, varied and atmospheric neighborhoods, with an emphasis on social, diverse and sustainable. In Nobelhorst you know your neighbors and the children play on the street, in the forest or in one of the playgrounds. Nobelhorst is growing and now has its own neighborhood supermarket, a primary school, a general practice and childcare. Almere Buiten train station is about four kilometers by bike. You can reach Amsterdam in just 25 minutes.
