Attention starters! Tiny Lofts from 192,000 euros at a top location in AmsterdamNovember 20th 2020
Are you a starter in Amsterdam? Then this is something for you: 46 Tiny Lofts in a new residential complex on the Cruquiusweg in the Eastern Docklands, so within the ring road. Here you buy an affordable and smartly arranged apartment with 'hybrid' furniture for maximum comfort. The surfaces vary from approximately 24 to 30 square meters. The prices start at 192,000 euros (von), including 50 years of purchased leasehold. The lofts are now on sale. You can register via the project site until Thursday 3 December (12 noon).
Apartments for starters in Amsterdam, ready-to-use
The Tiny Lofts are unique. The houses are delivered complete, so including finished floors, painted walls, a kitchen with dishwasher, combi-microwave, hob and extractor, a complete bathroom, cupboards and a bed furniture with space underneath for a washing machine and a refrigerator. You determine style and color yourself. Because the height is used and walls and furniture are movable, you always use the space as smartly as possible. This way you can close your kitchen completely via a sliding part, which gives you more space in your living room. And if you want to take something out of the fridge? No worries! Your fridge is under your bedside furniture. So you can always access this.
An outdoor space for everyone
Most Tiny Lofts have a French balcony. The apartments on the sixth floor on the west side also have a private terrace. And each floor has a shared outdoor space on the south, where you can meet your neighbors.
Homes for starters, fifteen minutes by bike from the center of Amsterdam
The building will therefore be on the Cruquiusweg, near the Bottelarijstraat. You live here fifteen minutes by bike from the center of Amsterdam. Very practical: the ground floor is intended to be 'the refrigerator of the neighborhood'. This is a small city supermarket where you can get some fresh olives, a meal salad, a bottle of wine or stuff for breakfast. You can park your bicycle in a locked bicycle shed, on the ground floor and the first floor. In the immediate vicinity, in former industrial buildings, you will find catering establishments with cozy terraces. There is also a nature playground around the corner.
